About Me:
I have a Master Degree in Psychology and provide counselling services on the Sunshine Coast, BC. I am also certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
Sometimes we may need to turn to someone with the skill and understanding to locate a door, provide the instruction in opening it and the encouragement to identify the key, open the door and continue on our journey.
As a competent counsellor I will always bear in mind that I am acting as a gatekeeper. Throughout the relationship I have with you, I will maintain the compassion necessary to get to know and understand you, while retaining the objectivity necessary to know when to assist you to step forward.
